Shipping & Returns

Products are delivered on standard business days only (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday).Regular Deliveries are not made on Saturdays or Sundays. Since we freshly process our orders and send them directly, we do not offer same-day delivery service, though we do have next-day delivery options for certain products.Please note, most orders require 1-2 business days (Mondays -Fridays excluding holidays) for delivery. Due to operation processes on the farms or warehouse, orders that are placed after hours may be updated the following day, pushing delivery back to the next shipment available.

We have a same day arrival claim policy, which means you have that same day after receiving your item to request a claim.
