Are the flowers real ?

Yes, we only sell real, fresh Ecuadorian flowers from our authentic rose farm. Our flowers are always fresh – never fake. We do rely on artistic techniques to create striking displays and exotic colors. We offer nationwide flower delivery with options for any occasion. You can order flowers online in the USA. When should i order ?

Our fresh-cut flowers are cut as you order them so they arrive with premium freshness. We offer 1-2 day delivery options on most orders, and next-day delivery is available for all our flower collections.

We partner with UPS and FedEx to ensure that our flowers are safely delivered in a timely manner. In some cases, delivery is delayed due to extreme weather and unforeseen issues with UPS. Because of this, we strongly suggest selecting a delivery date at least 1 day prior to special events and occasions – just in case an unexpected delay occurs.

Which days do you do deliveries ?

Flowers are delivered on standard business days only (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday). Deliveries are not made on Saturdays or Sundays.

Since we cut our fresh flowers and send them directly we do have next-day delivery options available for all our flower collections, including Preserved Roses.

Please note, most orders require 1-2 business days (Mondays - Fridays, excluding holidays) for flower delivery. Due to operation processes on the flower farm, orders that are placed after hours may be updated the following day, pushing delivery back to the next shipment available.

How can i track my order ?

Once we deliver your package of Ecuadorian flowers to the carrier, we will provide you with a UPS or FedEx tracking number through email. You can track your package by pasting the code at UPS Tracking or FedEx Tracking.

Instructions for delivery

After receiving your tracking number, we recommend making sure the recipient will be available between 7 am - 7 pm on the day of the flower delivery. On rare occasions, the carrier may request a signature (common for large office buildings). But for most orders of Ecuadorian flowers, no signature is required at the time of delivery, and the carrier will leave the fresh flowers as instructed. The flowers will arrive safely packaged in a protective box – however, it is ideal to have someone bring the flowers inside as soon as possible after the delivery is made to reduce the risk of damage due to weather, heat, theft, etc. Our nationwide flower shipping service ensures that your flowers online in the USA arrive in perfect condition.

How can i make changes to my order?

Please reach out to us in our live chat if you’d like to make changes or add something to your order of flowers. The sooner you contact us, the more likely we will be able to help with your flower delivery needs! Unfortunately, if the order has already been processed and submitted to UPS or FedEx for nationwide flower shipping, it may not be possible to modify it. We strive to ensure your fresh flowers arrive perfectly for your especial occasion of gift. If you have ordered flowers online in the USA, we’re here to assist you every step of the way!

How do i cancel my order?

If your order of Kahala Flowers has not yet been prepared, you may request a cancellation for a small service fee of 20% of the total amount of the order.

Please contact us immediately to cancel an order – you will need to provide your full name and order number to complete the cancellation.

Unfortunately, if the fresh roses or flowers have already been prepared or shipped, we cannot cancel your order nor provide a refund. We encourage you to reach out as soon as possible to modify your order for any flower delivery needs.
